Similar to the Segmentation platform, Opportunity Analysis is delivered through the use of an online survey to collect stakeholder knowledge.

By the end of the Opportunity Analysis project stream, you will have a prioritized plan for all of the categories surveyed; and have a view of the potential savings opportunities available. As with all of PI Data Analytics’s products, we have designed our analytics to be easily comprehensible by users from a range of technical backgrounds.

PI Data Analytics’s opportunity analysis is a popular product due to its unique ability to produce a long-term Category Strategy in a short span of time. The option of a biannual refresh will keep our product current and help maintain the optimum focus as you progress through the category lifecycle.
